About metabolic syndrome

In the research of government, one third men from 40 years old to 74 years old are metabolic syndrome and one fifth women from 40 years old to 74 years old are also metabolic syndrome. Metabolic syndrome grows various sickness, because of the stock of fat in internal organs. If you become metabolic syndrome, you have the big chance to have cardiac infarction, arteriosclerosis suddenly. And we have the big chance to die by sickness. If you escape from death, you often have serious hangover. Metabolic syndrome is a very dreadful sickness.

To prevent metabolic syndrome, what should we do? First, we should begin to sleep from regular time. It is very effective to sleep for 15 minites or 30 minites in the noon. But it is bad to sleep for more one hour. Next, we should exerise. But it is bad to do sudden exercise, because body burden is too big. So it is important to do morderate exercise like jogging. Last, we should eat in regular time. It is bad to eat in midnight, because food have existed in stomach until morning. (Asahi 2007/7/25)
